The Village at Grand Traverse Common.  All of the above plus Deluxe Motor Coach Bus, Hotel Accommodations at The Cherry Tree Resort,  includes breakfast, 1 lunch  and Music Hall Museum entry fee all for  $195 double occupancy, $180 triple, $170 Quad.  Single occupancy is $250. Exercise Class

The Exercise class will have 2 sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00  and 10:00 . 

Tai Chi

Thursdays at 1:30

Tai Chi is the slow moving, centuries-old, martial art.  Tai Chi can help obtain balance (both physical and mental) keep the body supple, improve physical and emotional well being, increase energy and endurance; and provide a sense of serenity.  Health benefits may include reduction in stress, lower blood pressure; relief from arthritic pain and, according to the CDC, help in the prevention of falls.  There is no competition - you proceed at your own pace.  Wear loose fitting clothing - be comfortable.  Punch cards available—6 sessions for $48, 8 sessions for $60 or drop in fee of $10.  Janet Snelgrove, Facilitator.  Call 269 982-7282.

You can learn to knit, crochet or tat, increase your skills, have problems solved, share patterns or just socialize with other knitters and crotchetiers.  This group is led by an expert, Ron Ahrens, and meets Fridays from 1:00 to 2:30.
