The bus leaves the Senior Center at 1:45 p.m. returns immediately following the game..  Trip includes deluxe motor coach bus, tickets to the game and refreshments on the bus all for $75. Tai Chi

Thursdays at 1:30

 

Tai Chi is the slow moving, centuries-old, martial art.  Tai Chi can help obtain balance (both physical and mental); keep the body supple; improve physical and emotional well being; increase energy and endurance; and provide a sense of serenity.  Health benefits may include reduction in stress; lower blood pressure; relief from arthritic pain and, according to the CDC, help in the prevention of falls.  There is no competition - you proceed at your own pace.  Wear loose fitting clothing - be comfortable..  Punch cards available—6session for $48, 8 session for $60 or drop in fee of $10.  Janet Snelgrove, Facilitator.  Call 269 982-7282.

 

Knitting and Crocheting

You can learn to knit, crochet or tat, increase your skills, have problems solved, share patterns or just socialize with other knitters and crocheters.  This group is led by an expert, Ron Ahrens, and meets Fridays from 1:00 to 2:30.

 

Exercise Class

At 9:00 & 10:00

 

The Exercise class will have 2 sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m..  This session was added to accommodate the large turn out..

 

Berrien County Youth Fair

 Senior Exhibit Day August 17th

 

2018 Berrien County Youth Fair Exhibit Registration Forms are available at the Center and must be turned into the Center on or before Wednesday July 25th.   Participants will receive one free pass to the fair that can be used any day.  Stop in and fill out your registration.  If you need further information call the Center at 469-4556.
