Calling all Bridge Players

We have had several requests for playing Bridge.  If you are interested in playing, please call us at 269 469-4556 and give us your availability so we can plan a day and time to reserve a space and time for you to play! Game time reservations will be scheduled during times that there is the most interest.

 

 

 

Watercolor Painting

“Bringing Home The Christmas Tree”

 12:30 Noon to 3:30 p.m. 

 

Come join Roy and Peg Hruska, who are both Madden Certified Teachers. Each class focuses on a different technique and subject. Classes are geared to those who have never tried watercolor before or who like the “loose” paintings of T.V. teacher, Terry Madden. Create something beautiful in a relaxed, positive, and fun atmosphere. You will amaze yourself!  Cost is $15 per session and everything you need is provided for your finished painting. Monthly Commodities will be given out on the second Wednesday of each month from 12:30 to 3:00 to seniors who qualify . If you are a household of 1 and have income of $1,473 or less, or if you are a household of 2 and have income $1,984 or less or know someone who does, please meet with Sabine Wheetley at the Center to fill out the paperwork. CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program) & TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) are equal opportunity providers.

 

 

Quarterly Commodities

Quarterly Commodities will be given out on the third Wednesday of each quarter from 12:30 to 3:00 to people of all ages who qualify.  To qualify for quarterly commodities, the household income maximum is  different than the monthly requirements.  Household of 1 is $2,023, household of 2 $2,743 and household of 3 is $3,403. If you think you qualify or know someone who does,  please meet with Sabine Wheetley on the pick up day at the Center to sign the Self-Certification Form.  CSFP & TEFAP “This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

 

Newsletter Folding

Tues., November 29th 9:00am

 

Open to anyone with a willingness to volunteer. We will be folding newsletters at 9:00 a.m. in the lower level. And we have fun.
